We Specialize In Pipelining
Residential & Commercial Pipe Restoration
Trenchless drain lining (CIPP) and epoxy ePIPE water line restoration for homes and businesses across the Phoenix Valley. Cracked drains, root intrusion, slab leaks, pinhole leaks in copper, lead and copper leaching into your water. We restore the pipe from the inside, so your floors and walls stay where they are. Drain linings are rated for 50 or more years.
10-20 Year Warranty
Drain lining comes with a 20-year structural warranty that transfers to the next owner if you sell the property. ePIPE water line restoration carries a 10-year warranty, and the coating itself lasts 75 years or more.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
We work on homes and commercial properties across the Valley. Lining an existing pipe usually costs less than a full repipe because there's no demolition and no drywall or tile to put back afterward. That's where the savings come from.

ePIPE® - Waterline Epoxy Pipe Coating
Water chemistry, pipe material, water temperature, and flow speed all affect how fast a piping system corrodes. Depending on how those factors stack up, even a new system can show signs of corrosive wear in as few as two years after installation. Clean water from the utility does not stop corrosion once it starts on the inside of the pipe.
Lead/Copper Contaminants
Corrosion causes lead and copper contaminants to leach into your drinking water

Pinhole Leaks / Failing Copper
These small leaks can go unnoticed for months behind a wall, and they cause mold and water damage to your floor, ceiling or walls.

Discolored Water
Brown water usually gets blamed on the city supply. In most cases the water arriving at the house is clean and the rust is coming off the inside of your own pipes.

Low Water Flow / Encrusted Galvanized
Pressure that has dropped off over the years usually means scale and corrosion have narrowed the inside of the pipe.

How We Saved A Home in Phoenix with ePIPE
Trenchless Drain/Sewer Pipe Lining

Our Mission
Our job is to fix your pipes without tearing up your property. Most of the work happens through existing access points, so your walls and slab stay intact. A typical job is done in 4 to 8 hours.
We are based in Mesa at 633 W 2nd Ave and we work across the Phoenix Valley on homes and commercial buildings. We are licensed in Arizona under ROC #362960, and we are the only ePIPE® installer in the state.
Our Expertise
Pipeliners does two kinds of trenchless restoration. For water lines, ePIPE coats the inside of your existing copper with a lead-free epoxy barrier. It seals pinhole leaks and stops copper and lead from leaching into your water. The coating has a life expectancy of more than 75 years.
For drains and sewer lines, we pull a resin liner through the old pipe and cure it in place. The result is a seamless pipe inside the old one that roots cannot get into. It is rated for 50 or more years and goes in without digging up the yard or breaking the slab.
How We Work
Quotes are free. We look at the pipe first, then give you the price and the plan before any work starts. If lining isn’t the right fix for your situation, we’ll tell you that instead of selling you one.

Four reasons homeowners and property managers pick lining over a full repipe:
- No demolition: Nothing gets jackhammered and no finished wall gets opened up to reach the pipe. The lining goes in through the pipe itself.
- Long service life: ePIPE linings have a life expectancy of more than 75 years. Drain linings are rated for 50 or more years, longer than the pipe they are lining.
- Fast turnaround: Most projects are finished in 4 to 8 hours, so you are not living around an open job site for days.
- Warranty in writing: 10 years on ePIPE linings and a 20-year structural warranty on drain linings. The drain warranty transfers to the next owner if you sell.

Pipeliners USA uses ePIPE restoration technology to help restore water lines from the inside without full repiping in many cases.
